Why is my address not allowing me to check out?

If you’re unable to check out with your address, there could be a few reasons. In most cases you'll experience this becuase: 

  • Remote or Restricted Location: Some addresses in remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for standard shipping through our delivery network so we will need to check and advise you of the delivery costs.
  • Incomplete Address: Ensure all required fields, such as street name, suburb, postcode, and state, are entered correctly. Missing or incomplete details can cause issues during checkout.
  • PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to the size and nature of our products.
  • Large order / Bulk Items: The combination of the items in your cart may not qualify for standard shipping and we need to prepare a custom delivery quote. 
  • Excessive Auto Shipping Costs: We rely on some complex automatic calcuations on the backend of oure site, based on a variety of factors. Your order may have been flagged so your delivery cost wasn't unreasonable. We can review and ensure you are paying the lowest possible costs to get your items.
