Why do you require a deposit?

Deposits are required for large fitout projects or custom orders. These conditions are set by our suppliers to cover their upfront costs for securing materials, scheduling production, and allocating resources specifically for your order.

If your order requires a deposit, we will communicate this with you as part of the quoting process. The deposit amount is 50% of the total order value, with the balance due prior to the shipment of goods.
