Most metro orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Please note, not all items are available in every warehouse. In some cases, there may be additional time required to allow for interstate transfers.
After your order is placed, we will issue you with a planned dispatch date, and when the goods are actually dispatched, we will email you a tracking link or advise if you have local same day shipping, so you can monitor the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to your location.
Whenever possible, we transfer stock from interstate warehouses to minimise freight costs for our customers. While this approach helps reduce expenses, it may occasionally impact delivery times.
If for any reason the planned dispatch date exceeds our normal delivery window (eg: stock is on backorder) or if delays occur due to courier issues, our team we will be in touch to let you know.
