What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Office furniture is large, heavy, and often shipped long distances, sometimes involving multiple couriers for different stages of the journey. While we partner with reliable delivery providers to minimise the risk of transit damage, occasional issues can occur. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please take clear photos of the damage, including the packaging, and email them along with your order number to operations@officefurniturecompany.com.au within 10 business days of receiving your delivery.

Once we receive your report, we will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Arranging a repair.
  • Replacing the damaged item.
  • Providing another remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
