What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you’ve received an item that doesn’t match your order—such as the wrong colour, size, or model, email us at operations@officefurniturecompany.com.au as soon as you realise. If you can include your order number, a description of the incorrect item, and a photo if possible, as this helps us identify what went wrong.

Once we confirm the details, we’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as quickly as possible. If the incorrect item needs to be returned, we’ll provide clear instructions to you. Please wait for these instructions before sending anything back to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.
