What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

We understand that discovering a missing item can be frustrating, and we’re here to make it right.

If any items are missing from your order, please email us at operations@officefurniturecompany.com.au.  Please include your order number, details of the missing item, and any relevant information that might help us resolve the issue quickly, even photos of what you have received so we can match things up with what we expected to ship. 

Once we confirm the details, we’ll arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you as soon as possible. If further steps are required, our team will provide clear instructions to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.
