What is your normal response time for a question or query?

We know your time is valuable, and we aim to answer questions as quickly as possible. Some queries however, may require us to source answers from our suppliers or consult senior team members.

If you submit your query via email or online chat where we’re unable to connect you with a team member immediately, we’ll always acknowledge receipt of your question as soon as we see it, so you know we’ve looking into it. 

To help set expectations, here’s a general guide to our response times:

  • Standard Quotes: We aim to provide these within 2 business days, though we are often much faster.
  • Project Quotes: These may take up to a week, depending on the complexity, but we’ll maintain regular communication as we work through the details.
  • Voicemail Messages: If you leave us a voicemail, we aim to respond the same day or first thing the following business day depending on the time the message was left.
  • General Questions: Many queries can be answered instantly using our OFC Assist Chat Bot which is online 24/7.

Our response times will always be in line with our office hours, which  are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm AEST.  

Email or chat is often the quickest way to get a response, but if your enquiry is urgent, please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call us. We’re here to help!
