If your order is a standard delivery, and you will not be at home or at your office on the planned day of delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.
We can try to update the courier with your revised delivery requirements, but changes aren’t always possible once the order is in transit. If redelivery is required, additional fees may apply.
For larger projects or bulk orders, we understand that timelines can shift. Within reason, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes in dispatch dates. However, if delays extend beyond two weeks, storage fees may be charged to cover holding costs.
Even if you just think there may be a delay, contact us as soon as possible. The more time we have to plan around changes, the more options we have to accommodate your request.
Please also note, that some couriers have compulsory "authority to leave" for residential addresses as part of their terms of carriage. This means they will leave the items in a safe space and complete the delivery.
