We are committed to providing value in every aspect of our business, including by negotiating competitive delivery rates for our customers. Most orders are eligible for what we call our standard delivery, and the prices you see at checkout reflect this service. We choose not to markup or add in a price buffer to accomodate potential unexpected freight charges.
Our standard delivery includes:
- Delivery and drop-off only to the ground floor of an address.
- Delivery during regular business hours.
- Ability to hand unload the goods being delivered (items weighing less than 30kg)
- For CBD or locations with restricted parking, access to a loading bay or delivery dock.
- A single attempt at delivery.
- Immediate access to complete the delivery.
Certain circumstances may require additional charges because the delivery falls outside the standard service. This could include, but is not limited to:
- Deliveries to upper floors both with or without lift access.
- Deliveries requiring the use of special equipment, like truck tail lifts or forklifts.
- Difficultly gaining access or lengthy security screening to complete the delivery.
- Loading bays or delivery docks being unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Oversized items (greater than 30kg).
- Requirements for specific time frames for delivery.
- Delivery to some regional or remote locations.
