Can I pick up my order?

Yes, collection is available upon request, but it depends on the item and location.

Not all products are stocked in every warehouse, and we will also work with our wholesale suppliers to arrange collection directly from their warehouse if they have it, which sometimes involves an interstate warehouse transfer. 

As a guide, each product listing will indicate if pick-up is available and the location where it may be collected. However, we’ll need to validate stock availability before you complete your checkout online.

Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll provide a special reference number and confirm the exact pick-up address.
